Due to the lightness it’s very easy easy to hang, Correx is a corrugated plastic board and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
We print the Correx board using full-colour high definition printing at 600 x 2400 dpi. Kaps Finishing use eco-solvent inks on all it’s correx signs, which are waterproof and UV-resistant.
Boards are supplied at a maximum sheet size of 8x4ft (2438x1219mm), any board printing orders larger than this will be split into sections.

What is Correx?
Correx is the brand name for polypropylene fluted board, which is a type of corrugated plastic. It is very lightweight, durable, and waterproof. Correx is very popular for temporary outdoor signs.
How big can my board be?
Your board can be as big as you wish, there are no restrictions. However, boards are supplied at a maximum sheet size of 15x8ft (3000x2440mm), any board printing orders larger than this will be split into sections.
How thick is your Correx board?
Correx is available in the following thicknesses 2mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 10mm although 4mm thick is recommended by Kaps for extra durability.
Can I use a Correx sign outdoors?
At Kaps Finishing our correx signs are printed with weatherproof inks and are suitable for outdoor use.
Can you cut Correx boards to a custom shape?
Yes! you will need provide a cutter guide with your artwork file for our cutter to follow. Your artwork and desired shape must also be suitable for Correx, however we will always advise if not.
Why use Correx?
Correx is a good choice for temporary signs or signage campaigns with a low budget. It is widely used for cheap outdoor signs. If you need a more lasting sign, then aluminium signs may be more suitable. For indoor signs, it might be better to consider foam board printing as it has a smoother finish.
What resolution do you print Correx signs at?
We print at high resolution 1440dpi in full colour.
Is Correx recyclable?
Yes! Correx is a corrugated plastic board and can be recycled after use.
What format should my artwork be in?
All artwork supplied to KAPS Finishing should be supplied in PDF format with no crop marks.
Can I upload more than one image per order?
If you’re ordering more than one correx board of the same size, and have various pieces of artwork to supply, our uploader will allow you to add as many images as you need to complete you order.
